We renamed the Technical Support area of support.sas.com and gave it a tighter focus. The new SUPPORT page focuses on directing you to the easiest path for the assistance you need. Many of the features on the old Technical Support page and some of the most frequently sought site features are available directly from the support.sas.com Home page.

There are applications here to help you open a problem track with our Technical Support Division, add information to a track, or view the status of existing tracks. There is also a new content area specifically designed to assist you with any difficulty you might have with software licensing. We have also started the process to combine all software downloads into one area. You can start your download process from the Downloads & Hot Fixes page.

Administrator Services are now part of the Support area. This administrator area still provides tools for managing your accounts and your installation data. There are also tools for the SAS Representative at your site.

The new focus for the SUPPORT section of the site should help you find the right kind of help for any problem you might encounter with SAS Software. We welcome your feedback and suggestions.
