If you have been using the Customer Support Web site for the last four years, you might remember that we took the site apart and put it back together in October of 2007. That seems like a lifetime ago.

At the time, we added features, moved the search box, restructured the navigation and updated the look. Because it had been so long since the last big update, we really had to touch everything. I hope I never experience that type of overhaul again. That doesn’t mean that we aren’t constantly adjusting and improving areas of the site. It simply means that we’re trying to nibble away at the improvements, not gobble them up in giant bites.

Our latest nibble is a new Home page design. We didn’t touch the overall site design nor did we change the navigational structure. (Whew!) We tried our best, working with content area experts and your comments, to make big improvements in how you locate information. However, we don’t want release a page based on our guesses. We want you to tell us if we got it right and if not, what will make it better.

Please take a few minutes to read the following explanation, then visit the beta home page. Use some of the new sections then give us your opinion by completing a short survey.
