I’ve been remiss in addressing your questions about contacting SAS Technical Support. I apologize. Because we use this blog to inform you about changes to support.sas.com, the software usage questions that have been posted will likely go unanswered. However, I have provided a list of fantastic resources for getting help with SAS. I recommend that you take advantage of all of these resources as you learn and use SAS software and solutions.
What to do when you have a question about SAS software:
- Search support.sas.com
- Submit a problem to Technical Support
- Ask your peers in the SAS discussion forums
- Search sascommunity.org
- Participate in discussions on SAS-L (a listserv)
