I installed the updated SAS Business Intelligence package (version 9.3), but mostly I have been playing with the stored process interface where there were some major changes (more about that in future posts). This morning I opened SAS OLAP Cube Studio to create a sample cube and the screen layouts have changed. I like the new layouts and think it is more intuitive than before. If you have never seen this product, then you can see how easy it is to create a cube. Many developers use the wizard for the initial cube setup and then export the cube code to SAS Enterprise Guide where they can update and control the PROC OLAP code more.
